New Wedding Dress Trend S/S 2013 - Peplums

Peplums are everywhere at the moment, from catwalk to high street... now to wedding dress.  One of the hot new trends for Spring/Summer 2013, along with Transformer dresses, Lace Norveua, Portrait backs and coloured dresses (A/W 2011 we saw some colour but very muted, next years its going to be big and bold).

I'll be honest this isn't my fave style for a wedding dress, but if done right can be lovely!

Wedding Pie!

For all those out there who love a good pie!

Not everyone is a fan of wedding cake, not everyone can eat cheese, or sponge... how about an alternative?  The Wedding Pie.  Not to be mistaken for the Film American Pie the Wedding!

There are some many flavours, some many ways to make it, some many different lids, and bases, different pastries...  My favourite would be, lemon tart, a pie topped with meringue, strawberry, apple and rhubarb!!  * drooling*

Devils in the details... Wedding Dress 2012/2013

It's all about lace and detailing for autumn winter 2012 and spring summer 2013 for wedding dress... there is still an emphasis on the romantic, eclectic vintage esq styles!  The late 20's / 30's something crowd are really embrassing the old which has filtered down into every aspect of our daily lives.

When will a 'new' trend come along... not that I don't like these, I'd just like to see what they come up with?
